Description

Philodendron is a popular indoor plant known for its lush, heart-shaped or deeply lobed leaves and fast-growing nature. Available in both trailing and upright forms, it adds a tropical feel to shelves, hanging planters, and corners of UK homes and offices.

Toxic if ingested—keep away from pets and children.

PLANTING

  • Use a well-draining, peat-free mix with perlite or orchid bark for extra airflow.

PLANT CARE

  • Trim leggy growth and yellow leaves
  • Wipe leaves regularly to remove dust.

VERVE RECOMMENDS

  1. Place in indirect light for strong, healthy growth.
  2. Water when the top of the soil feels dry.
  3. Use a moss pole or support for upright varieties.
  4. Wipe large leaves to help them breathe.
